Shipping
We ship the goods by courier within 3 working days from when your payment is recorded in our account. The cost of delivery within Poland is 25 PLN.
Shipping outside Poland within the European Union costs €25.
If you are interested in shipping options outside the European Union, please contact us.
IMPORTANT: After receiving the shipment, please check if the package you received is not damaged. Also check if the product arrived in an undamaged condition, without defects. If you notice any defects, please inform us immediately by email at contact@hollie.pl
Returns
You have 14 days to return from the date of delivery. Inform us by email about your intention to return and then send back the product bez śladów użytkowania z dowodem zakupu w oryginalnym opakowaniu do paczkomatu lub na adres. Zamówienie należy odesłać we własnym zakresie.

Carefully pack the product, tak aby nie uległ zniszczeniu w transporcie.

Put the product in the cotton bag included with your order.

Leave the original filling paper inside the bag.

If the product was protected with foam film, please use it w celu ochrony skóry przed uszkodzeniem during transport.

Make sure that protruding elements such as handles, straps, and tags are arranged in such a way that they do not leave marks on the leather of the bag. If the model allows, place them inside the bag.
Be sure to dołącz formularz z numerem zamówienia oraz imieniem i nazwiskiemso we can identify your return.
