Shipping
We ship the goods by courier within 3 working days from when your payment is recorded in our account. The cost of delivery within Poland is 25 PLN.
Shipping outside Poland within the European Union costs €25.
If you are interested in shipping options outside the European Union, please contact us.
IMPORTANT: After receiving the shipment, please check if the package you received is not damaged. Also check if the product arrived in an undamaged condition, without defects. If you notice any defects, please inform us immediately by email at contact@hollie.pl
Returns
You have 14 days to return from the date of delivery. Inform us by email about your intention to return and then send back the product without signs of use, with proof of purchase, in the original packaging to a parcel locker or to our address.

Carefully pack the productso that it does not get damaged during transport.
Put the product in the cotton bag included with your order.
Leave the original filling paper inside the bag.
If the product was protected with foam film, please use it to protect the leather from damage during transport.
Make sure that protruding elements such as handles, straps, and tags are arranged in such a way that they do not leave marks on the leather of the bag. If the model allows, place them inside the bag.
Be sure to include a form with the order number and your full nameso we can identify your return.
